In your first entry for your “Public Health Practicum Documentation” (PHPD) you will write the overall goals for your practicum.Use the S.M.A.R.T. goal format to write goals you have for your overall practicum experience. What do you want to accomplish during this practicum course? Keep this statement broad enough to cover everything that you would like to do during your practicum course. You may choose to focus on a specific aspect of public health education or may choose to sample a variety of public health education within your selected practicum experience.Note: You will turn in this PHPD form multiple times throughout this course.
